Rughwani Child Care Centre and Hospital was set up in 2004 by eminent paediatrician Dr Vinky Rughwani and his wife Dr Sangeeta Rughwani. The hospital became one of the only hospitals in North Nagpur with the state-of-the-art equipment and amenities like neonatal ICU, operation theatres and integrated childcare services.
It started off as a 15-bed facility which has now extended to a 30-bed facility. Over the years, it evolved into a multispecialty hospital with gynaecology, haematology, dermatology, oncology, gastroentology and endocrinology among others.
